Our last food discovery, utterly remarkable in many ways, happened just two weeks ago, and can be defined as a unique travel through flavours. Zanze XVI, a historical osteria, is reborn as an "elegant osteria", where the spirit of a Venetian wine bar is combined with a more sophisticated and contemporary cuisine. The menu is an explosion of contrasts, where excellent earth and sea products blend with unusual savours. An interesting wine list, a refined, not studied service and stylish interiors are other essential ingredients. Wonderful job and long life to the starred chef Nicola Dinato and his young and creative staff! Oh! Almost forgot: if you leave your phone at the counter, you'll be rewarded with a free amaro!
